Your gift carries no return on capital, no profit or revenue share, no interest, no dividend, no equity, no membership interest, and no economic benefit of any kind. You have no expectation of profit from KP's efforts or from anyone else's.
KP provides nothing to you in return for this gift — no managed trading, no investment advice, no commodity trading advisory service, no product, no account, and no preferential access to any strategy, tool, or offering. This gift is not payment for, and does not create, any advisory or client relationship. Any supporters acknowledgment KP may offer is a discretionary, non-contractual courtesy — not consideration for your gift.
This transaction is not connected to any CTA service. KP does not, through this gift, agree to advise you, trade for you, or manage any capital for you. Nothing here makes you a client, investor, or advisee of KP.
